The fee is agreed upon before the search begins and is based on the placed candidate's first-year compensation. We also offer retainer services when the client's timeline requires it.
Timelines vary depending on the role, seniority, and how specific the requirements are. For most technical and professional roles, you can expect to be reviewing qualified candidates within 2–3 weeks of engagement, with placements typically completing within 4–8 weeks. Roles that are genuinely difficult to fill — niche specialisations or senior leadership — may take longer, and we'll set realistic expectations upfront.
